Dispatch Times

• Hand-painted Orders: Dispatched within 7 working days.
  Drying times may vary depending on the size and detail of the model.

We process orders throughout the week, including weekends and bank holidays.

United Kingdom Shipping

• Postage is £3.99 for any order totalling £39.99 or less.
• Free UK Shipping for all orders over £39.99.
• All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• You will receive tracking details via email and/or text message depending on the information you provide at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship to:

• Australia
• Canada
• New Zealand
• United States of America

Shipping costs and options for international orders are displayed at checkout. We do not profit from shipping or postage.

Please note: International orders are fully tracked – you will not be charged customs charges or import duties.

Damaged Parcels

In the rare event your parcel has arrived damaged, please email us immediately at Daniel@whitegloveart.shop with multiple clear photographs of:

• The outer packaging
• The damaged item(s)
