White Glove Art Return Policy

At White Glove Art, we take pride in providing high-quality art pieces & supplies with excellent customer service.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return under the terms outlined below.

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your goods to initiate a return request.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in sellable condition, meaning:

  • No scratches, cuts, or visible damage.

  • No signs of use.

  • All original packaging intact where applicable.

If the item shows any deficiencies, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please email a clear photograph of the damage of all sides to Daniel@whitegloveart.shop before returning the item.
Once the damage is confirmed, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at Daniel@whitegloveart.shop within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number and a photograph of the product (even if not damaged).

  3. We will then provide you with return instructions.

Returns sent without prior email approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.
Please note:

  • Refunds cover the cost of the item only.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping

If the item is being returned due to damage or fault, we will pay the return postage.
For all other returns (for example, change of mind), we will still cover the return postage to maintain a smooth customer experience.

Items Not Eligible for Return

At present, all products sold by White Glove Art are eligible for return, subject to the conditions above.
